But it has fewer problems than mine does. [original thread] I'm tempted to buy this one and sell mine for a hundred bucks. But I am just being nice to y'all. Mine came with silk-n-steel strings on it and it sounded interesting. I put EJ16's on it and sounds really 'bassy' but kinda muted. But it is plastic. You really ought a buy it... before I do. Everybody should try one of these, and you could just continue this one's tradition... Buy it, try it, and sell it again. :p

I just like the Loonium neck better. I looked closely at the weirdness beside the neck and all I can surmise is that the cream/bone color is some kind of laminate, contact paper, etc.... I'm not sure it's paint per se but could be. My Loonie-14 appears to be just the injection molded stuff with no overlay of any kind. If I had kept it I would have made a nice bone nut for it, as the stock nut (while original and in great condition) is on the high side. Typical of most any guitar, but it's something that gets under my skin quicker than most maybe. Anyway, enjoy. I basically recouped my exposure and you still got a deal!
