It is a number of years since I last posted and unfortunatly it is time for my 1778LX to be sold. The main problem for me is the round back and my shape, which really does not help. Playing live, I need a flat back and that is what I have with my D28.
The guitar is as new in Black Cherry Burst (BCB) and in excellent condidion with Ovation hard case. It has had very very little use, as I do not gig this guitar, as standing up with it, just does not work for me. It sounds great and has no modifications - it is standard and as supplied by the UK agent. Serial number is: 581241.
Can any UK members give me an indication of value, so I can offer it at the right price. I paid £1350 for it is Feb 2004 and belive it was the second 1778 LX brought into the UK by the distributor.
