Al,

My sincere congratulations.

Some of Michael and Dave's advice must have been absorbed :D

Maybe they'll finally list your website on the Adamas dealer list

No. Which begs the question, who has been first in the recent past?

The first time I met Al was to hand over a rather large sum of money and I haven't looked back since.

Congrats Al... you most definitely deserve it!

Let's see . . . 5 custom guitars, one more possibly in the works, 2 amps, 2 amp covers, a couple of extra cases, numerous custom straps, and I'm not sure what else over the past four years. There are reasons Al has a lot of returning customers . . . he is competent and knowledgeable, he treats us right, he get's it done, he does it fairly, and his word is good. The world would be a better place if all merchants treated their customers as well.

Congratulations Al!

Good customer service nowadays seems to be a "lost art". From what I've read about you, good customer service is priority #1.

No, Al, you can't please everyone. But obviously you please most of your customers. Congratulations on your achievement.

Boastfull? Hey, you think the GUITARS get no respect, how about the DEALER ...

I dunno, maybe there's disgruntled buyers out there but stuff like this usually smacks of some one with an axe to grind. I can't speak of anyones dealings with Al other than my own, but a dozen or two guitars worth and it's been nothing other than first class.

Before any lurkers jump to the conclusion "you just say that because he's your friend". Yeah, well HOW do you think people pick their friends - honesty, integrity, and got-your-back is a good starting place.

Al, you're #1 in my book wether it's boastfull or not. Facts speak louder than fiction. Sorry if this derails the thread but damn it why does someone always have to throw a wet blanket on something positive.

Dave

One single email claiming to speak for many? Yeah, right. As opposed to the multitude of repeat customers, countless public testimonials and acknowledgment by the manufacturer. Pphhht! Not a second thought.
