While my bridge is different and I do not have the "Deluxe" script on the headstock, they seem to be the same guitars. My s/n is about 100 higher than yours. P.S. Did you notice the headstock angle? It is a lot steeper than your other Ovations. Those in the know say that the steeper break angle makes for better sound.

As for the headstock, I only have 2 other roundbacks, and one's not here yet (and it's a slothead, which is a steeper angle because of the slots anyway, right?) I'll compare it to the LX tonight though. I've played a bunch of guitars, including my Dad's 68 Hummingbird, some ol' Martins, and more, and I can't remember one that struck me with the tone and projection like this one did right off the bat. That said, I've never played an Adamas, or Collings, or Somogy, or any of those superduper high end things I see y'all playing around this place! This one will be going nowhere. It's a keeper.
