(Fretboard felt...unfinished / gritty)...? Been checking out the Elite line. Also Celeb Deluxe CSE44-HB... Both multi sound hole. Looking for some opinions on these models. Thanks!

Although I did own a CC44 with a OP4BT preamp like the CSE44 and it was satisfactory for my purposes. I would sell you my 35 year-old 1621-4 Artist Balladeer for less than that. But it is a center-hole, no tuna, 5-piece neck guitar with finish cracks. But it sounds nice.

If you are patient, you will be able to find some very good deals on USA made Elite models. If you are going to play plugged in a lot, there's a very nice S/Shallow bowl Custom Legend on the Bay ... Custom Legend SS Bowl Looks like it has been to the factory for some custom fretwork, lots of bling. Here's another nice 2778 Standard Elite in New England Burst with Deep Contour bowl. Elite It Has a Buy it Now of $649 with a "make Offer". Looks like a guitar shop, so they may be willing to do payments also.

No idea what this buyer's reserve might be, but I sold it to them for considerably more than the current bid. I had the full spa treatment done to it, it was practically a new guitar when I sold it off.Originally posted by bvince: Is that g8r's old 1869?If you are going to play plugged in a lot, there's a very nice S/Shallow bowl Custom Legend on the Bay ...
