After being out of the Ovation business for a while (although I did still own an Adamas) I now have an 07 collectors and have Patch's 1758 on the way. That 07 is really a nice guitar. I was a little surprised. The Adamas has been shifted to the camping guitar now just for it's durability.

An Adamas as a beater.
I marvel at the concept.
I bet Beal and the boys never thought they would see the day.

When you come back, it's definitely with a bang. So what are you looking for now?

Glad your back, did you bring your cowbells?

I was thinking of this one for a beach guitar, what do you think?

I guess I need to send your 'O' clock back!

Maybe whoever gets another 'O' gets the clock? Naw, that wouldn't work... It'd always be in the mail!

Put the O clock in the camper. :D

Rich, actually the Adamas is the best choice for a camp guitar. The last time I took mine, I was playing around a big fire, (hot) and dew was falling fast. Any other guitar wouldn't have stayed in tune with the exception of a CA or Rainsong. I was always worried about taking the Adamas out, but it's the most worry free instrument I have now.

Yes ... it's sort of the sleeper guitar deal. I'm really happy with mine. If history is any indicator, in a couple of months time somebody else is going to be really happy and a believer in the special 007 mojo.

Welcome back. Nothing can ever really stand between a junkie and his fix.

We all need to have a serious talk about our collective "carbon footprint": it's probably a world-record if reckoned correctly!

An observation and a question:

Camping is good for the soul...

Where is Cliff and what have you done with him?

lol, welcome back...
The 1758-6p is a fabulous 12 string...but you already know that from past experience...My guess is a month... ;)
