A bunch of us made food, and we had about a dozen musicians who played in rotation. (Seeing my new guitar didn't come in as planned I played the 2077LX I got from BT717. Got LOTS of compliments on the sound of that beautiful guitar, and had to answer a lot of questions about Ovations in general.) Everyone raved about the food, and even more about the music. I had figured we might make around $500 for the lady. I was wrong. We made $1,100!!! And even more important, it warmed her heart to know so many people care. It was a lot of work, but oh so satisfying. I just had to share my happiness with all of you, my friends. | ||
