Finally, an amp pretty enough that SWMBO allows its permanent placement in the living room. This is a Fender Woody Junior, basically a Blues Junior chassis in a Fender Custom Shop bubinga cabinet in the style of the 1946-47 models. If you haven't tried an all-tube Blues Junior amp, they're terrific.

I know a single guy who keeps his motorcycle in the front living room for the winter.
In December he decorates it with Christmas lights.

No one ever wonders why those guys are single. I knew one who overhauled his Camero engine in his living room. He later got married, but I think he kept his Camero longer than he kept his wife.
