Location: Louisville, OH 44641 | Anyone know how to replace a tuning peg on a Slot Head? Can you replace a single peg or do you need to replace the metal-bar tuning peg assembly (ie 3 Tuning Pegs)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx.

Location: Louisville, OH 44641 | I'm the soon to be new owner of War Eagle's Adamas 1680. But the guitar needs a new Tuning Peg. I was trying to figure out if this was a big deal or not. It looks like the 1680 pegs may be individual machines so it shouldn't be too bad. Thanks for everyone's help.

The 1680 has six single gold Schallers with the stylized 'S' and "Made in Germany" embossed on the 'caps'. Check with John or Kim at the MS if ya only need one.
You're getting a FINE instrument! |

Location: Munich, Germany | They are changeable. Every Schaller mini Tuner button will fit.
Think about one of Temp's custom sets. The walnut tuner buttons would fit perfectly.
And think about the size as well: When you use longer screws the normal size buttons will fit also - and will look and feel much better.
Best regards,
