I didnt' notice any thread dedicated to the strings made by Kaman. I nthis country they are greatly appreciated, and almost all the reviews I've read were very positive.

Are they still producing it?Is there any difference between the Adamas and the Ovation sets? What's your experience with them if you have any?

I recall a post reporting that there are only a few major string manufacturers in the world who package their products under the various name brands to which we are all familiar. There may also be a number of smaller boutique brands.

I didn't think they still made the Ovation ones. I think they just relabelled them "Adamas" many years ago. I like the Adamas ones. It would be interesting to find out which of the different brands are actually identical strings.

IIRC, the bronze were called Ovation and the phosphor bronze Adamas.

I certainly had an Ovation guitar where the Adamas strings were best suited. And now I have one where they are not.

This onee are ovation phosphor bronze...I'm pretty curious about them, there are many stories (urban legends?) regarding the way they are made, for instance, it is said that the tension of any string, from E to E, is the same...

Anybody know if they're still produced?
