Well, bvince's daughter, Jackie, and I missed on communications and the 'O'raqi arrived today. What an absolute thrill to see the signatures on the ol' Balladeer!

HERE are some pics of the 'O'raqi 'in-country'.

Next week I'll pack it up and it's off to Jackie in Germany. There's no way I could keep it after Jackie and her fellow warriors put all that mojo in it.

I know guitars can sing, but I sure wish they could also talk...

If I get the chance, it would be an honor to play it on Sunday when we get together.

<oops>Bill,

It kinda fell into place yesterday. TJ and I were gonna exchanged a couple of gits while he was camping in Sarasota this coming weekend. Then he contacted Brad, I called Bob and ... voila... mini-jam with a Boiler Room kick off.

We're hoping our new Sarasota member, Retired One, can make it too. Too bad tpower isn't around to play the 'O'raqi...

Thanks again "iffy"! You truly blessed Jackie and a lot of other people. She told me at one time that guitar won a lot of Ovation converts in Iraq, even a couple Iraqi Officers and a translator. It was used for an outdoor concert on the 4th of July there at camp Echo, where they also celebrated by driving a tank over a couple of cars (: They also used it heavily at the chapel on the weekends. I know that Iffy is not one to take a bow, but he IS truly a special person. If the old adage "What goes around comes around" holds true, He is due for some really great blessings in the future.

Thanks Again from all of Us,

Bryan (and Jackie who is beginning a needed vacation today, touring the Alps)
