Twistedlim (Rich) was nice enough to drive over to Huber's tonight and watch Brian & I do a Folkin' Friday.
He's a nice guy.
He's got a set of those long, lanky, guitar perfect fingers that I'd cut off my hands to have.

I've got perfect guitar fingers too, so it's not a silver bullet.

Sounds like some of you just have a finger fetish. Maybe you should start a finger board to go with the Ovation board. You could call it an Ovation finger board.

You are always nervous meeting someone in peron that you have met on the internet. I refused to comment on Brads stubby fingers though. They did not handicap his playing and hence irrevelent.

Brad was kind enough to let me play around with his ADII. I was nervous just playing in front of him, I don't know how they do it on stage. Maybe liquid courage?

Anyway the pleasure was mine, met nice people (all the folks at the store as well) and heard some pretty remarkable music, as well as one guy who made me think I could do it.

A bit after you left a singer / songwriter got up there & played 3 originals. I thought all 3 were radio playable. I'll look for him next time and maybe buy one of his CDs.

At the last Amelia Beal came over to my chair offering some techical help. He said, "Wrap you thumb up & around like this." I tried to make my had do what his was doing but it was not gonna happen.

Which player inspired you Rich?

Next time Rich, ya gotta play one. I can tell you have th chops. Even if it's just one.
You can get an attack of the nerves anywhere, anytime but Huber is good setting to get a some experience.
