I have my guitar (Adamas 1) tuned to an open D. I do not get to play it much. I just picked it up and played it and I only had to bring in the B string up a notch, thanks to that k-bar. It has a deep rich sound and the rasp is still crisp. I have met up with my old band and we are going to jam. This Adamas is all original. The other guys have wood guitars and the contrast between the synthetic sound and wood is a fine line. Getting it loud enough to stand out to an electric should not be to much of a challenge. Now, the vocal parts may be a bit rusty, emotion and a little scotch may overcome it.

Nothing you can't handle I'm sure.
Just curious... why the #72 in your handle and thread header?
Wasn't the 1st production Adamas I started at s/n 77.

How about posting some pics of that jewel...I, and I'm sure others would love to see it.
