It's a great deal. Mine will always be with me... until the end. If nothing else, maybe you could broker the deal for another OFCer?

Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but aren't these pretty rare? I thought I heard there were way more Collectors built every year than what the production run was on the 1537.

I'm working on it. The tax man has been brutal this year, not to mention tuition for the kids and all that.

I really don't need another guitar and have in fact been mulling over what to sell. If it lasts until the weekend we'll see if the seller will deal a bit in order to give it a temporary new home here.

A couple years ago, I think it was Moody who started a thread on the numbers of 1537s produced. I don't remember if there were any definitive answers, but I recall being surprised that the number was quite a bit higher than I expected.

These numbers were reported ~ 5 years ago..
(moody p,i. November 18, 2005 via Nick Mackin?, one of the main guys behind the 1537's. OFC The vault 2005).
