Here's the Ovation page: http://www.ovationguitars.com/index.cfm?fa=detail&mid=1236 Oh, and I'm really more interested in why no one is interested in this. If I were, I'm not really at a point were I could. Not a big deal! :)

But now is not necessarily the best of times. But good luck with that. [Been unemployed 21 months and I have two checks left to go unless someone extends something :p ]

It's unique feature at the time was that it was the first mid-depth bowl in a center soundhole and it had a forward slanted saddle. And they put a little fancier wooden rosette on it. Other than that it's indistinguishable from the thousands of other mid depth center holes that came after it. Nice, but not very exciting (at least to me).

Charlie (Ramon) wasn't too impressed. By the way, the 94 sported the introduction of the Optima Preamp. And it has a brown bowl, if that's interesting for you. You can see it in my sig. Best regards, Kurt

I still own a "shallow" bowl Legend built in '82. ]First MID depth center hole. Having owned several SSB's and deep bowls, to me, my Artist and 82 Legend seem like Mid bowls. Just wondering if there's a big difference between those and the 90's "mid-depth".
