Joined: March 2010 Posts: 370 Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba CANADA | This morning I contacted OVATION to order a set of replacement knobs for my Adamas 1688 (sometime in its past, the set screws had been removed...). It didn't take very long for them to call me back. When I asked about the price, shipping and how they preferred to be paid (standard stuff, really...), the very nice gentlemen just took my details and said, "... don't worry about it...". I just about wanted to cry!! In this day and age of corporate BS runarounds ("...press 1 for anal probe... press 2 for REALLY DEEP anal probe..."), to have a company just send you replacement parts, not ask for payment or shipping... absolutely unheard of (especially on a 28 year old guitar!!). I have new equipment from other companies (still under warrantee!!) where I was screwed around for MONTHS while they had me jump through hoops!! To deal with a organization like OVATION is an absolute pleasure!! But then... That's WHY we're all here, right? Thanks again Ovation!! "Mother stands for comfort..." (Kate Bush)

That seemed a little rude. Norse(...sorry, too much caffiene today)man1
