Where can I get thew TAB for that? Can any clever person here transcribe it?

Seems to be using a steady right hand pattern and simple chords. Wonder what the tuning is?

Anyone?

FWIW, I would hazard a guess that he's using an open tuning.

I'd venture it's a derivation of a D-tuning . . .

any info on if he has tabs written out, and if he's willing to share or sell them for study?

there are quite a few decent tunes.

I'm getting DADF#AD. Once you get the right hand going it's a simple but elegant piece.

Very hard to see exactly what shapes he's holding down from such a small video!

even then the right hand is mostly covered by the mic and the there is no way you can see what shape he is holding as the fingers are in the way!

Sounds likes you have worked out what he's doing - how about you share it with the rest of the class?

Well, Dwee, I got the tuning, the right hand technique I already had, but the piece doesn't interest me enough to get into it in great detail.

However, it does appear that most of the fretting is being done on the bass strings, with concentration on the 4th and 5th, and leaving the first three strings mostly open or unplayed, dependiong upon the chord.

With those hints, I think you'll be able to pull it together

dweezil,
Try this link:
DADGAD resources

There is a link to a pdf DADGAD chord chart that should be very helpful.

Enjoy!
