Well, folks, this is all that I have so far.

I've got the church hall from 11:00 to 5:00 p.m. I've asked the church if we could possibly have the hall for longer than that, in case people want to jam after going to the Woodstock Invitational Luthier Showcase and grabbing some food on the way back. AFAIK, the church won't have a problem with the church hall being open extra hours.

10/24 -- the plans are still up in the air. We can go to Woodstock Museum at Bethel Woods , or go to the Woodstock Museum in Saugerties I haven't checked out the museum in Saugerties, but I hope to before the gathering.

Anyone who is interested in attending the get together, please pm me. I will give you directions to the church, etc. Because of the "prying eyes" of the internet and concern for everyone involved, I chose not to post the name and location of the church. It may sound weird, but I am just trying to be cautious.

If you can only attend on 10/24, give me a PM. Maybe we can work something out, such as a time and a place to meet.

I am going to need a head count so I can plan for food. Also, I will be needing some music stands and an amp, if possible.

That is all I can think of for now.

Michelle

Good luck with your event. Unfortunately, I live on the wrong coast AND I'm stuck at home that weekend taking care of the boys. Have a big time and be sure to post pictures.

Thanks, Bobbo! I'm sure that we'll all have a good time. I just love Woodstock.

I've always wanted to go to California, but never seem to make it there.

:D

I'll probably go to check out the Woodstock Museum in Saugerties, NY. I told a friend I want to go and check it out just to see how weird it is! :)
