But it was the normal sized pick up, so it involved some routing out of the saddle channel... it was not easy and I did not do a very good job of it... The mothership cleaned it up (along with some other work that it needed). | ||

Or you could just get an undersaddle p'up and an endpin jack to use an external preamp/EQ I haven't used one of these Natural 1 systems yet. I was gonna put this in a Morgan Monroe. But I do know that the Artec p'ups are interchangeable with the standard Ovation thinlines. | ||

Volume and tone controlled by amp. Only alteration to guitar is 1/4" jack in the bout. Sounds heavenly... | ||
