OK so how long? Is will be JUST a duo record with a percussion on 2 tracks max.... Any insight into sequence. OK, your best one first and....? We are thinking a run of originals (6-8) and ONE cover (Chick Corea's "No Mystery" which is 12 min. +)

They will just import the tracks they want into itunes and be done with it. Other than dinosaurs like myself the days of listening to full vinyl sides died out long ago.

The old standard of 3 1/2 minutes for airplay is long gone. There are thousands of songs that go longer than that and hit the radio. If you release it on the internet time is not a big factor. Enjoy the moment and have a great time with it. And Congradulations

If you don't already have a cover and back photo you can go to Photobucket.com/lauraswan. She is a beautiful photographer. She is supplying me with my cover on my next cd. She has hundreds of photos to choose from or you can explain to her what you would like to have and she can do it. ;)

I would think that you would know the flow of the music better than anyone. For the cover/back - stay in-house and go to Damon or Willa. They are both excellent photographers.

I think 40-50 minutes is just perfect especially if it is quality cuts.

The rest of the songs I had either grown tired of or didn't really like to begin with. And these were my favorite cd's! I would guess you are better off loading em up, and as Ski said, the people will decide which they will download later themselves.

Maybe if you weren't listening on headphones you got from sending in 69 twinkie wrappers plus s/h charges you would tend to sit back and enjoy the ENTIRE CD and find yourself in a more mellow place (where every T-shirt was tasteful and not at all gay!)
