Location: Caribou, ME | I get that same thing in Maine. Downstate (the tourist Maine with lobsters and all) a bee-ah is a recreational beverage with a low alcohol content.
Up here in Aroostook County it's called a birr.

Location: NJ | unfortunately undocumented workers are a reality.
they usually work for less wages and not in legitimate companies so I don't see how it would effect ovation or other major corporations directly.
except maybe outside contractors for cleaning lawn service etc etc etc |
