Yes Brad, that is the general meaning when used. In real words, I saw it defined as "expresses mockery or disbelief of perceived idiocy". Nice, huh?

The guitar is strung without the 'octave' strings,
just two of the same string. I.E. two low Es, two low As, etc.

Also it sounds like it's tuned like one of the native eastern Europe instruments.
