Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | I'm kinda mixed emotions on this. I think if I had the funds I would have Hamer or MCS build one. I like the style and wood, but the workmanship.... :( I realize the idea of closeup pictures is to show off the detail, but the fretwork finishing and binding do not look all that impressive if you've ever seen a Hamer, MCS, or an litany of other guitars that actually dress the ends of the frets. I'm sorry but for such a nice guitar... the attention to detail just isn't there. I'm disappointed, but not surprised.
There are screws missing from the tuners?? Is that something special I'm just not aware of? I also notice the truss rod cover doesn't seem to be finished.. it's not sanded :( Is this supposed to be this way? What AM I missing. |
