I find it very distracting and downright unlistenable when those qualitys are not there.

I find that recording myself is a useful tool to show me what I really sound like.
Sometimes I might only find one flaw in my delivery but fixing it makes the entire song sound more acceptable. Especially if I plan on posting them up on the various social sites.

Location: Flahdaw		But there are horrible American Idol singers who are completely DUMBFOUNDED when they fail their audition. THEY hear themselves and think they are great. Or their so-called friends keep telling them they are really good. What can you do?
