Location: UK | Thanks Mex, Al emailed me and a sale is now in progress, your right Mex, the top on this guitar is summat special! Maynot be the best sound around from what i hear,but so what,this is one case where beauty IS skin deep.
BTW Al, Rob in NJ is not family , hes a friend/customer of mine who i trust well enough to bring over this Ovation and meet up at a trade show in UK, thing is, its gonna distract me from my duties when i see it ;) Oh my,just cant wait........ |

Location: Richmond, Virginia | Being the proud owner of an Elite 2000Ltd with the Russian burrled top, I can tell you that it is a great guitar. I beleive it is actually mahongany, not walnut. I think the sound is fantastic, especailly through a decent amp made for A/E guitars. Enjoy. |
