Location: 6 String Ranch | Paul, Of all the BigO solids out there this one probably brings the most. 600 pounds is about 900 dollars? That's high but not out of the range in the states. Original case and it looks clean. Might be worth considering.... |

Location: Scotland | Tax, shipping & duty would take it over a grand $US. Any idea how many were made, I found mine for sale in the UK but posted on a US website, paid £400 about a year ago. Fantastic guitar, I would go so far as to say it's probably the best electric 12 ever designed. The tones available from the preamp are really well suited to the 12-string sound.

Location: 6 String Ranch | The factory would have to give you the totals, I've no idea.
Could we have some input from New Hartford Please? |

the deacon was made for 5 years 1975-1980. It is possible that say 200 guitars were made each year but not probable. Seems like the best estimate is a couple of hundred. |

Location: Scotland | Al, is this total Deacon production or just the 12 strings, it seems a little low for how many seen to be out there if it's total production.

Location: Scotland | I can justify or bullshit my way into just about any instrument purchase, but a second electric 12-string??!!!! I'd love to, but my good lady would see through that one. Now if it had been a 6.....
