I have a couple of these left with epaulet holes. These are in mint condition. The first thing you will notice is how striking and beautiful the top is. Then once you play it you will hear just how wonderful it sounds. These guitars are one of Ovation's best efforts. I have sold a few of these already and everyone that bought one is IN LOVE with their guitar.
check my website for photos.

After seeing and playing one of these in person, I can personally vouch that these guitars are absolutely AWESOME!!

The color and grain pattern of the tops are gorgeous!

And the sound,......ooofahhh!!!!

If I wasn't holding out for a 12-string, I would DEFINITELY consider one of these beauties!!

Which one(s)has/have redwood top. Also, is Elite Special really maple. I thought those were spruce tops. How does the maple sound compared to spruce?

Al (and anyone else), where can I get a good second-hand acoustic amp?

as advertised the 2001 Ovation collector's series has the Redwood top.
The elite special that I advertised was made for the Japanese market ONLY and has a maple top. The sound is brighter IMHO.
curently I have no acoustic amps available.

If you have your heart set on a center sound hole 2001 collector's redwood guitar I got a couple in. I also have a couple of epaulet models that have finish flaws so if you want to save some $$$ on one and are not picky let me know.
