A thorough search of the Ovation website found nothing. An e-mail to Ovation Service resulted in a referral to this fanclub site as they no longer sell these straps. :(

It was a pretty nice strap (I seem to remember they were available in different colors). Unfortunately, mine turned up M.I.A. in the War On Drugs sometime in the early '80's. Wouldn't mind finding another one of those myself.

There was an Ovation white leather strap with the rosette design embossed on to it on Ebay a few months ago, went for about $20. Haven't seen one on there before or since. Keep your eyes out for an ovation frisbee as well. They used to give you a mini frisbee when you bought a set of strings. It was all packaged together and the frisbee had the ovation logo and the guy playing an ovation on it.....

I had them for nearly 30 years (hadn't used them for a long tome until lately) and didn't notice they had the same design as the sound hole ring until I read the discription of the one on Ebay...observant or what? The frisbee was the package of the "String Fling". See what happens when you let people who don't take drugs do the marketing?

But, as my grandmother use to say, "Things are worth no more or no less than what people are willing to pay for them." Now, if I could find one of those frisbees...

Only one of us would pay that kind of cash!
