Top has a funky blurp through it, the was a reconditioned top. you cant see it from the audience or anything.
Lots of mother-of-pearl, and gold. Carved bridge.
I upgraded the preamp to the OP style with 4 band eq, notch filter (no tuner).
3 day inspection period.

Location: Frozen Tundra | The funky spot is a circular area below the soundhole area that looks like water has gotten between the layers. It caused the guitar to be sold as a factory second. I will look closer at it tonight. This thing sounds giant plugged in. |

it's just a wicked addiction to 12's and Custom Legends. I love the carved bridges too. It's a mid-depth, full body...I'm sweating...the....D.T.'s are setting in...

Location: New Jersey | How are the frets? Is there any buzzes or dead notes on any of the frets? Are there any cracks in the top? When tuned to pitch does the top bow or pull at the saddle? How is the action? What is the height of the top of the 12th fret to the bottom of the string? Is it the mid/deep bowl? Does it come with the original Ovation case? |

Location: Frozen Tundra | the top, as stated, has it's flaws.
The guitar is solid. Action is low, a bit of wear on the 1st fret. All else is negligable.
The neck is VERY solid. tuning is nicely stable.
It's a 1757 (I think...)
no dead spots (that I've noted anyway).
yes, a couple tiny finish cracks from bridge corners.
The upgraded preamp makes this a boomer. |

Location: Frozen Tundra | spot is about 3" round. a conventional pickguard would cover it; if you REALLY think it needed to be covered.
I think it's a model 1757.
serial number= i'll check.
In a nutshell, the condition of the top brings it from show grade to players grade. Nice players grade though |

I have sent some Navy frogmen to plant a GS.. whatever those locaters are, and I'm cranking up the Suburban to follow that trace. GAS sufferers with no money have to resort to unfair tactics. What room do you keep this targeted guitar in? Just asking, no reason to resort to profanity.
