Beautiful condition, frets are perfect, plays great ! It has that great 5 piece laminated neck . If you hold it just right you can detect one 6" finish check line which vanishes 99% of the time. I've been a Nashville studio acoustic guitarist for 32 years and am parting with some instruments. I simply don't need 4 acoustic 12 string guitars ! I pamper all my instruments and this one looks new. I can send anyone a jpg who is interested. Brown Ovation case included.

This one sounds very good, as long as it is in my price range.

The deal has been made. All that is left is to find out the actual amount for shipping, send the check, and wait for the UPS truck to deliver. I wonder how long I can keep this hidden from my wife? Or maybe I should be asking, how long can I survive after she finds out? ;)

When you wife sees the smile on your face when you play the 12 (and I'll guaranty that you'll be playing it a lot!), all will be forgiven.

Congratulations!

Chuck, I have a 1981 Pacemaker 12 string, and my girlfriend loves it! I lucked out when I got that one. She said she had a good feeling about me getting that one. I told her I wanted to get a Custom Legend now, but she said she had a bad feeling about me getting another guitar. Oh well, so much for good feelings! You will love the Pacemaker 12 string. There is just something about the older Ovations with the neck joining at the 12th fret. They really ring. Now can you help me bring back the good feelings???? (lol) .......Paul Hebert

Mike:

We exchanged emails this afternoon regarding guitars and Rx-7's. I'm the one who pointed you here.

Since I have an Adamas 12, a Preacher Deluxe 12 (like you), and an old GC 12 that has just been refurbished by Ovation and will be here on Tuesday, there isn't much room for another 12.

But it's a beautiful guitar and whoever gets it is going to love it.
