I still have some of the old orange flower stickers (small and large), but don't want to part with them. More recently I've seen some rectangular "plug it in" stickers. Try calling the factory and maybe they have something. Dave

There is a website I found that will print plain text bumper stickers-white letters on black- for $25 per 100 stickers.

Would be cool to get some OFC stickers made. I'm sure a bunch of us would buy 'em up pretty quick for 25¢ each plus postage. I know I'd buy a dozen myself.

Just a thought-

I could get some stickers made, but need a decent image to use. I like the design that is on the Ovation shirts & hats at http://www.kamanwear.com. I will keep looking for a decent image, and will post again when I have one and am ready to have something made.

You might wanna tread carefully on this.
You're talking borderline licensing/copyright infringement.

Yeah, Cliff is right. Printing a logo is a not a good idea without permission, expecially if you plan to disperse or sell it.

That's why I thought a plain letter "Ovation Fan Club" sticker would be fun and not infringe any logo copyrights, as far as I know. But, I'll leave that decision in the hands of the company presidents!

I know that Miles had mentioned a while back that he was working on the possibility of doing a "Club Store" and things like bumper/road case stickers were discussed. He was researching some vendors that could do some "quality" stuff.
That'd probably be the best way to go since we could readily get clearance from CT to incorporate the logo (with the appropriate copyright provisions).

The woods are full of places that'll do bumperstickers cheap (most times, with the operative word being CHEAP). Conversely, I've used other sources utilizing GerberEdge output that can crank out four-color photographic-quality stickers/labels at a not-so-outlandish price. Y'get whatcha pay for.

Getting "clearance" is KEY.

Just make sure we use USA made material and USA craftsmen in an USA company! Nothing but USA for us OFC'ers.

Well, if we're "spreading the Gospel", perhaps endorsing a nationalist approach might be a bit counterproductive. I'm sure we want EVERYONE to own a Connecticut Ovation, but let's get them into the church first.

"enlightened OFC'ers" or just OFC'ers able to afford a better guitar?

When you're enlightened, you figure out ways to afford the guitars. Like you did Chuck, with your 12 string.

Hey, I was only talking about the stickers, not the guitars (yet)!

Enlightened or not, my wife still finds me wanting to spend the money for the best or as close to it as I can justify in whatever I get. Quality always lasts much longer and and does a better job than cheap, as well as being easier to use. I bought the Balladeer last year because it was only $50 more to get it used than to buy a new Celebrity plus a case. Now I would like to turn the Balladeer into an Adamas. ;) I saw a woven top at the local GC the other night, but can't afford the $1700 right now. It will have to wait until after I retire from the Navy next year and get settled into a new career first. The Pacemaker already has a beautiful ring to it, a keeper just like it is. :)
