Location: SoCal | What kind of music do you play? Plugged in or acoustic? Your needs and desires go a long way in determining what kind of guitar is best for you.
I love my old Rx-7, but having a wife a 2 kids dictates that I also have a sedan. |

Location: Scotland | If you want a guitar for a classical repertoire look elsewhere, the heavy construction of Ovation nylons means that tone & projection acoustically does not compete with traditional classical guitars. If you need an amplified nylon-string for jazz, latin, country or other styles any Ovation will do a fine job. The nylon-string Viper is a killer guitar. |

Location: South Eastern Arizona | I played a Martin 0018-C for some 15 years and loved it, once I found the right set of strings.
I recently purchased an Ovation Concert Classic 1116 and love it. The Ovation does sound "different", but that is not necessarly a bad thing. The Ovation does not sound like your typical Spanish classical guitar.
A co-worker of my is an accomplished classical guitar player. He tried my Ovation yesterday and could not put it down. He said very good things about it.
