I wish I had found this out before Dave and Jim sold theirs, but my young friend playing the Preacher in my photo album wants one of his own. The one he plays belongs to another band member. I told him what they had been going for and his jaw dropped open. It must be in excellent to very good condition and have a hardshell case.

Maybe I can talk him into Dave's Viper.

thanks,
mark

I checked it out, thanks. I wish it was the color of that preacher deluxe 12 string. That one is sharp!

I've never seen a white one. Maybe someobe with old catalogs can comment. From my memory the Preacher came is Dark Natural and Charcol, and the Preacher Deluxe came in Dark Natural and Black. On earlier ones the Dark Natural was Gloss and on later ones it was Satin. Dave

Hey there,

I have an ovation solidbody (blonde), serial # E18374. I believe this is a Preacher (don't know all that much about ovations). However, I'd be willing to consider selling it if anyone is interested.

If you're interested, e'mail me at Jdbuckeye@pacbell.net

Thanks
