Anyone had trouble with the gripper for holding the battery?. Access from side of instrument.
I bought thi guitar in 1977. Just get's better!!

I've heard bad things about replacing the battery(9v) My new mandolin changes from the back and it is a bitch to line up the outside plastic screw with the inside battery box! At least it was for me! But I did do it just for drill.
