Hi,

Gotta sell this one. It's black and mint and I just purchased the deluxe 91580 case (also black) for it from Musician's Friend last week. I had it set up by Ward Brodt in Madison and it's a beauty in every way - especially the sound.

I visited my accountant this morning and it was not pretty. I owe quite a bit:-( - first year that I've had to pay in a very long time. At any rate, this one can't stay. Somebody has to move out of the house, and it ain't gonna be me - the Ovation needs a new home.

Price for the 1778T with case is 800.00 and that includes shipping in the continental US.

Thanks,
Jon

Hi,

Am I really high with the price? Please, let me know. I would like to sell this guitar pretty quickly.

Regards,

Hi,

Thanks for the word. How does $600 sound? I'll pay shipping in the continental US.

Thanks,

I saw one a while ago in a local shop for @$589.
BUT . . . . you'll have to take into consideration that it's being sold as "new" and comes with full Warranty documentation . . .

. . . and yours isn't.

sorry

You could try it on eBomb at 6 and see what happens . . .

Yeah, I know!

I think I might have mentioned something to you about it in a post, and you kind of alluded that the dealer was doing something "wrong".
When I went back to check it out again, it was gone.

I bought mine new for $599 (without case, I already had the correct case) a couple of weeks ago from Guitar Trader online.

Musician's Friend has them new for $699 with case.

Hi,

Well, I'm getting closer anyway. First 550.00 takes it + $15 for shipping. Deluxe hardshell case included. Hopefully, this is a reasonable price.

Thanks,

Well,

The 1778T is staying with me. Found something else to sell! Isn't life wonderful - like this guitar better than anything I have had yet. I am considering trading my Martin D-16M for one of Al's 2001 Redwoods

I think you are wise to keep the Elite T. I certainly am pleased with mine.

Hi again,

Thanks for the vote of confidence. The more I play it, the more it grows on me. Love the feel of the neck.

Later,
Jon
