I had an 1115 restored by The MotherShip recently. Sweet. Best money I've spent this year (the 1127 was, technically, in 2003).

Nice guitar, actually. Sold it for about $300.00, about 18 months later. New, about $650.00, with case. So, do the math. How much are cosmetics worth?

Deep Bowl, A/E great doesn't have real deep bass, but very beautiful high end harmonics. Very easy to play. Norse(might be willing to part for the right offer)man1

Kaman Instruments (parent company of Ovation) imports this Japanese made brand. Charles Kaman liked the sound of them way back in the 1980's (?) and started a joint importing venture with the factory. Also, Glenn Frey of The Eagles and others seem to like them so consider it. I've had one for twenty two years and it still sounds, looks and plays fine. Play On! John L. Std. Balladeer Legend LX Celebrity C026 Tornado Takamine 12 String Martin D16GT Fender P-Bass

"He's washing his MOB right now"! In the future try to avoid the word "Cheap". Try "Entry Level" or "Affordable" or even "A Value" to say you don't have much jing. You'll get more sympathy and offers as well. Unlike talking to a car salesman say how much you have to spend. There are many here that would rather sell at a lower price to an OFC Member than to make a buck or two more. It's a good side of the sickness we share! :)
