Here's a pic of my all mahogany Viper ... but it's definitely not for sale or trade. Sorry about that. It has a one pice mahogany body, mahogany neck and ebony fretboard. I bought it about 10 years ago and I had it refinished by the factory a year or so ago ... so lots of reflections off the glassy finish. I have no scale so I have no idea what it weighs ... but it's heavier than my Strat but not quite as heavy as my Hamer.

I have only seen two other like this so I don't think there are too many of these out there, but it would worth the wait to find one.

I know mine's made of mahogony, it just has the finish. However, the neck of mine is NOT made of mahogony. I know that for sure ^_^.

Still haven't weighed it yet, I'll try to do that when I have some time.

I saw that you had a bid of $300. Was that the final price? I was a little leary of bidding. The guy had no previous feedback

Yes, that was the final price. The seller was very friendly and we hat a good contact before bidding. I trusted him so I bought the guitar, which seems to look like new. He is the first owner......
I have a good feeling, that the guitar will be at my place when I am back from vacation! I'm glad that you were leary (whatever that means, hihi)

I am sorry. The word is 'leery' it means wary or suspicious.

Thanks for the english lesson! NOW I have found a translation! In german it means "misstrauisch"......just to let you know, hihi..
switzerland is so far away...Last year I spent 5 weeks in the states with my family. Your country is so fantastic. All these parcs (Yosemity, Arches, Grand Canion etc.), San Diego, LA....and the worst of all....Las Vegas....heh heh

Yeah, LV is where we keep some of the nastier animals. Wayne Newton, Michael Jackson, Barry Manilow...

Hosebei, glad you found one that was in the price range you were looking for. I am sure it will be a nice addition and hopefully be easier on the back!

I didn't know he was playing Vegas now... maybe he'll have better luck there than he has had on the court lately.
