Just saw someone posted a USian Ovation Mandolin over on The Gear Page. Not affiliated with the seller in any way, just figured I'd give a heads up:

This appears to be the Mando that Stephen and I believed we were buying from ToneJunkee last May.
I agreed on his price and was going to pick it up in LA, but then the seller became unreachable via phone and email.

I put this Mandolin F/S many moons ago with no bites. So, I thought I'd try again.
Haven't used it since then, I think?

Specs...
`96/`97, I got it from a Kaman Rep and friend.
It's in Mint condition with no damage/cracks/dings
The finish is cherry/burst...see pix.
Also has the OHSC.

Price: $550 shipped in the lower 48.

I'll answer any serious questions you may have.

I have an Applause Mando next to me tonight. Last night I glued some braces and did some spit-n-shine on it. Now it is strung and I'm waiting to see if it bulges, explodes or bends in half.

Low volume unplugged but it really lights up in the Amp!
