Doubt that it's true, but if it could be authenticated, what a piece of Ovation history!

How about these guys that don't know how to string their guitars?

Anyway, I saw the other one on E-baaa, with the stickers and stuff, a while ago. That ain't it.
'Course, the previous owner would be irrelevant to me. If it's a piece of History, it just means that I couldn't play it!

He often played a Folklore model, which had the wider neck. Dave

The seller changed the price. It was definately $4k when it was first listed. It's a $500. guitar. Will be interesting to see what it's celebrity heritage adds to the price. Dave

Especially when he doesn't seem to mention that it comes with any provenance . . .

Okay, Cat (Yusuf) may have given it to Kenny Young...
Hey Kenny, I got you a guitar. Thanx for your help, man.
This means that it touched Mr. Stevens hand on the way through.

Like I hinted at earlier... Celebrity don't impress me much.
I met John Lennon. I didn't ask for an autograph. And I appreciated the two quarts of Ballantine Ale that he bought us. But we didn't try to sell them on E-baaa.

This authentic Cat Stevens's Legend was sold long time ago by Christie's in London.
