I think others including Byrd had their fingers in the mix leading up to that. Buffy was there pretty quick as well and Campbell came along about a year and a half later. Seems to have defected to Gibson J200's for his latest thing, but then it semms like the vast majority of the old endorsees are playing other brands now. I can think of maybe GC and Joan Armatrading who were endorsees in the 70's and are still using Ovation now. | ||
