Rare and Collectable but as mine did, it sounds like this one needs a trip to the Mother Ship for refurbushment. Blue seems to be the more common color. Still, less than fifty produced in 1989.

Any T-bolt finish other than red, black, or white, is very rare.... and it isn't as if the standard colors are plentiful. That blue one is pretty cool, imho.

I finally got pictures emailed to me from the owner on the blue Dragon top Ovation T-Bolt: bad news...the peg-head has been broken off and re-glued...not professionally either. Also there is a crack extending from the bridge to the bottom rim that looks like it may be through to the wood. It took this long for them to send pictures and I think I see why now. It's in need of a major restoration project at the mothership and with the reserve not yet met at $300....well you do the math. Since none of this was disclosed in the ad, makes me wonder "what else"? Sorry I brought this to everyone's attention: it looked like a good guitar with a rare finish (and it is rare) but the peg-head issue is a shame and should have been disclosed! So I am! Just thought you would like to know FYI! :o :(

Slydog,
sorry bro..I can send the oic's to you if you wish...the break is the headstock itself not the neck joint; they kept it out of the picture...I first emailed them for pictures the day I first saw this on ebay...just got them this morning. pm w/email address if you want the pic's.
