(note: my wife was *much* more surprised that I was...oops!) The plan is to teach Littleman some simple uke songs as an alternative to that evil Cartoon Network and various video games (even if they are age appropriate). THANKS!

My son, the aspiring shredder, was facinated with it, especially the tuning. It was entertaining watching him trying to play Iron Maiden on a uke.

I, on the other hand, have not been there for a while so it'll be the weekend before I can irritate those who make my home what it is. When I asked what it looked like, I got "it's cute". Since #6 should be there as well when I get home, it's going to be a real dilemma deciding which one to play first. Seriously.

I have changed over to the Aquila strings, filed the nut, reglued the rising bridge and oiled the entire Uke. I like it! I am working out some of the fat finger issues but it is very addictive to pick up and play. I must fight the urge to upgrade (@#%&*! Witko)!

And the first thing you do is Take It Apart. That's the Luthier-testosterone-Shadetree Mechanic instinct! "I will lower the action, get a Tusq nut, and should I use an OP24+ or and OP-Pro?"
