Location: Maryland, USA | This is an Alvarez RD20S 12 string guitar, in excellent condition and has been in a smoke free environment for it's life.
It is refurbed from the factory, and on the back of the headstock is engraved with a "USED" mark. However ths isn't noticeable for the most part and doesn't have any effect on the guitar.

I am selling because I am in need of the money for a new amp head, and as of late I haven't been playing acoustically as of late. I can put some new strings on it if requested and an extra $10 added, because 12 string strings cost about that and I have no spare packs on me, sorry!
If needed, I can take pictures in the daylight so it shows the true nature of the guitar which looks much better than with the flash on my camera, and I can easily take pictures of the hard case as well.
