Joined: November 2004 Posts: 1374 | I am finding that I am more comfortable and play better on wider necked guitars, and am predominately playing the classicals and 12 strings and feel clumsy on the narrower necks.. this is a beautiful Craftsman Elite, and I believe the reason it was stamped used is because of a bridge relocation.. I am having Howie do a full inspection tomorrow to make sure there are no other issues with the guitar, this one was apparently caught and corrected at the factory but with 2 extra holes (filled)..and unseen from the front... couldn't give it a frg. Beautiful Dark Walnutburst deep bowl with tons of Abalone everywhere, abalone bound rosewood fretboard, maple elite inlays, walnut bridge, has new set of pearloid schaller buttons, and will include the original gold buttons. new preamp frame/bezel. Deluxe Plywood TKL case included.. I have a little over 800 in this one OFC price.. and you won't be disappointed.no dings dimples, warps, scratches, or dents on this one... just a little pick swirl.. and it glitters nicely.and it sounds and plays beautifully. what I would like in trade is a 1614,FD14, or Country Artist (steel string guitar) with either a 1"7/8 or 2" neckwidth deep or mid bowl.... the nicer the better of course... but just thought I'd throw it out here and see if anyone's interested in a trade... The Nakao is beautiful and rare, plays nicely, even if it is not an frg or 1st run guitar. and I'd really like to have a steel strung slothead. I'll post links to pics if anyone's interested. Thanks, Glenn

I don't have anything that fits what you're looking for, but, believe it or not, I have two of these already and would consider buying a third. I have an, absolute twin that's been my mainstay instrument for 10+ years, and I have a natural finish one that I found a couple years ago. If this is an unsuccessful pursuit, I'd be glad to talk about a sale instead. Best of luck, Steve McCoy (the last of the Japanese-Irish)
