Well, I got home from picking my son up from Summer School and dropping him off at his Mother's. Jumped on the Computer and there was an E-mail from John Budny telling me I could pick-up my 1719 30th CM and my 1112-1 this afternoon or tommorrow. After I let out a YELP that must of scared half the people living near me, I E-mailed Jonh back that I would be there within the hour. 37 mile later and 55 min's I was walking in the Service area with John. I opened the 1719 first and once John taught me a D Chord ( ;) John gets it!!)I was extremely happy with everything they did (all Under Warranty) Damn that guitar sounds good!!
I then Openned up the the 1112-1 case and the guitar that is 34 plus years old and looked it that I brought to them was not in the case??!!? It looked brand spankin new!!!! I brought it in to fix the problem with the 1st sting slipping off the fret which turned out to be the nut had shifted and was hoping the string buzz at the 12th fret and up would be fixed atleast a little.
The guitar play beautifully!!! Another HAPPY Ovation Owner :) :D :) :D
A special thanks to the service tech who I meet and due to my old age proceeded to forget his name  for a great Job done!!
John and Kim thanks for the laughs and conversation after I got there!!
Don't stand to long on that Porciline Pedestal
we spoke about!!! ;)

I have an old 1118 that I've contemplated sending back to Mother, but am on a somewhat tight budget right now. Would you give me some idea of what they did to your O 1112-1, and approx how much it cost?

Info much appreciated.
