Sorry to post this on the wrong board, but thought someone here may find this interesting. Sort of a baby brother cutaway of the EF75.

TAKAMINE TNV760SC

Nice OM sized cutaway with lots of bling. If I hadn't just got the 460, this one would be mine. Check out the really nice bearclaw ...

That doesn't look like a cool tube pre-amp.

I thought all the TNV760SC's came standard with it?

This is a used/second/FRG/... whatever. You are correct about the pre-amp. It also does not come with a case or a warranty. BUT you save about $1200. off new. A few of us here have bought from this seller before and been quite satisfied. But, it's a crap shoot. Dave

If it doesn't sell with the BIN by tomorrow afternoon, I may try to drive over and have a look at it.

Nice. Not that it would make this any less of a buy but it's too bad about it not being a cool tube - I'm a huge fan of that sound. Is it possible to drop one in?

I think it is.

Really nice looking guitar, pull that pickguard off and put on a clear one.

According to Takamine, they will offer a "Cool Tube II" next year that will be a drop in replacement and have improvements/features beyond the current Cool Tube. Dave

BTW Dave, Why did you have to post this one? You know I'm a sucker for a bearclaw top! (keep repeating...I have enough guitars...I have enough guitars.......)If this were a slothead, it would be all over.

Saves me a trip, saves me money, and keeps it in the family.

Look forward to the review.
