I'm looking to buy a replacement treble side tuner for an early Breadwinner after mine fell over , this is the tuner where the screws are opposite each other instead of offset to each other like the photos (hopefully it works), thanks in advance for any help

this photo is of the tuner that I do not require, the screws are NOT directly opposite each other but "offset", however one of these may work without the need for drilling any new holes, I would be interested in one of these as well

They're Schaller M6N, the "N" stands for nylon housing. They're still in production but they changed to offset screwholes a long time ago. You might find a vintage Ovation-logo'd set on ebay if your lucky.

Paul (PNR123) contacted me and I saw that his BW is an early issue.

I can send you one of the offsets if you need it but I'm hoping someone has the right one!

edit:

These are extremely rare, but I do in fact have some. Please email me at mileskb at aol.com

FWIW, I believe these were used on only the very first run of Breadwinners.

PNR123 ... Sounds like you found a replacment through MR O.
I discovered today I have an incomplete "spare" set of that style tuner-peg body as well . Talbot

Since I don't have that model guitar ,I need to see a picture to know.. All I recall is the body had a large hole in the lower cutout area, but what did it all connect to?
