My sisters' (one in South Bend, one in Anchorage) kids start breaking out their spring wardrobe when it climbs all the way into the 40's. A friend from Woucester, Mass used to laugh at us when we put on jackets when the mercury dipped into the 50's. He preferred short sleeve shirts for such clement weather. After a few years in God's country, however, he puts on his jacket with the rest of us.

Joined: December 2004 Posts: 4394 Location: East Tennessee | I remember while I was living in upstate New York working on my sons car with the wind chill at -55. Not fun. This mornings temperature of 10 was more than enough cold for me. At my age I don't have to prove anything to myself. Been there, done that. This is the only forum i know of where we can take a post about selling a guitar stand and transform it into a commentary on cold weather. :D
