Hello everyone.
Always been an O fan. Currently playing a 4861, getting in the market for a nylon/classical of some kind.

Can anyone tell me the model numbers of all the American made Ovation nylons? I realize there are probably some Ovation gurus who know this information off the tops of their heads, but I've been googling and can't seem to find a list.

Sorry of it's a FNG question, but I'm really on the hunt for this information, so I can better research what instrument I'm after.

Gracias.

I was gonna say you want one with a "3" in the model number... Or a "6"... or a "4"

2073LX

1773LX

1113

1613

1116

1624 Country Classic with a 1-7/8" nut

6774 also with a 1-7/8" nut

2774LX Folklore/Country Artist with a 1-3/4" nut in Steel or Nylon, depending...

That will get you started, until somebody else comes along with more suggestions.

Hard to believe we'd get 8,856 members before someone registered with "Guitar" as their handle... ;)

Thanks Arthur. I'll get started with those. If anyone knows of any others, it would be appreciated.

Haha, yeah.
A part of my business is domain name investing so my first impulse is to always go for as wide and descriptive a keyword as possible. Kinda surprised that this one was still there tho

I don't believe there is a nylon string 2774LX. It's a steel stringed Folklore. The Country Artist equivalent is a 2773LX.

THere's also the 6773LX (not listed above) with a mid-bowl.

Also, the 6774 shown on the website is incorrect. That again is a Folklore with steel strings. The Country Artist with nylon strings is a 6773.
