Wow. Wish I had some extra cash right now. I'd snap that baby up and then sell it to a Gibson collector I know for twice the price.

I had one through my shop years ago in W VA that was as clean or better...one of the coolest vintage Gibsons I have seen...I wasn't very impressed with the tone from what I remember....

Not being collector of vintage gibson guitars I am not sure whether the L-3 is a collector's item but sound wise, at least in my experience, the better ones to keep is L-5, ES-175 or Super 400 (if one can afford it).
